As Director of Operations for Hatch Kitchen, Sam Krivanec brings over 20 years experience in the Food Service Industry. From a 10 year career at Ellwood Thompson's Local Market serving in the capacities of Front End Manager, Produce Buyer, Kitchen Manager and Food Service Director to another 10 year stint in helping grow and sustain the start up home delivery business Seasonal Roots.
During his time there he developed lasting relationships with some of the region's best Vegetable Growers, Artisans and crafters. He has also had roles in FoodService Brokerage Sales as well as in Direct Sales in charge of opening a new territory. All of this experience combined puts him in the unique position to help guide and grow the incredible food and beverage businesses that call Hatch Kitchen home.
