"A reason to celebrate," 7000 Carnation St Breaks Ground

We were joined by Mayor Levar Stoney and Dr Michael J. Jones, who represents the 9th district, to celebrate the commencement of construction on 218 new income-restricted apartments at 7000 Carnation St. We’re proud that this project provides an example of Richmond’s commitment to investing in affordable housing.
