NOON Hioaks II 

Lynx Ventures is expanding the NOON Hioaks community development with a 151-unit new-construction apartment building, bringing the development’s total to 369 residences.

Spanning 2.65 acres along Hioaks Road, this next phase will seamlessly integrate with Phase I, leveraging the existing infrastructure, management operations, and amenities. Every unit will participate in programs designed for long-term affordability.

Phase II will feature modern apartments with high-end finishes, in-unit washer/dryers, and spacious layouts. Residents will enjoy the community’s swimming pool, fitness centers, grilling patio, and community clubroom, while also benefiting from a landscaped courtyard and dog park of their own.

With acquisition and entitlements complete, construction will begin in 2025. NOON Hioaks continues to set a new standard for affordable housing in Richmond, combining quality, accessibility, and efficiency in a thriving, well-connected community.
