Hatch Local

Hatch Local is Richmond’s first food hall, featuring eight vendor stalls, a bar, market, outdoor seating, private dining, and pop-up events. Identifying a need for talented up-and-coming chefs to gain exposure and scale their concepts, Hatch Local leases small vendor stalls to restaurateurs and handles food hall operations. This enables restaurateurs to focus their talents on preparing great cuisine. Hatch Local vendors also benefit from being part of a larger dining destination, can participate in bulk procurement, and receive mentorship from industry veterans. 

Hatch Kitchen

Hatch Kitchen was founded to fill a need in the food and beverage industry - we recognized that Richmond’s entrepreneurs needed access to equipment and business resources to realize their potential. Hatch’s membership-based, shared commercial kitchen opened with 10,000 SF and has since grown to 45 members and 100,000 SF. Many Hatch Kitchen members have graduated into their own facilities on site.

Hatch now includes shared kitchen memberships; private suites, logistics and cold storage; and custom solutions for growing F&B enterprises.
