Hatch Logistics opens with 20,000 SF of storage and logistics services for small- and mid-sized food businesses. Services include shipping and receiving, as well as climate-controlled and cold storage. A la carte packages are available with flexible terms and serve both Hatch Members and the general public.

Growth continues at Hatch Kitchen RVA with the addition of a USDA-certified butchery, bottling and labeling operation, commercial wood smoker, café, private kitchen suites, additional storage options and a logistics operation.

Hatch Kitchen launches a meal preparation and donation service to support neighborhood residents. With local chef partners Wyatt Swaney, Seth Goulston, Mike Crowley, interns from the Reynolds Community College culinary program and volunteers it has distributed over 2,500 meals in the last month.
